UWAAAAAAHHHHHHH!! Ow owwww-wowow! Tobi never wants to do that again!

((A few feathers kick up in the air as he squirms about.)) No fair! Tobi doesn’t know what’s going on. Somebody stole his coat and left him all alone. Wings are weird, too. Ohhh but this book is nice! Tobi hears lots of strange voices coming from inside of his book. It’s like it’s talking to me. ((he leans into the pages of the book.

It’s very quiet for a time, as if he’s experiencing the words inside the pages.))

HARROOOOOOO!!!! Teehee, what a funny book this is. Can people hear Tobi, also? Tobi should introduce himself!

[Three threes and a one? 3331? O-Or was it 33 and 31? Good lord, this guy's confusing. Either way, if he's by houses with a three on them, then he's actually really close by! Norma heads outside of house 34, hoping to see a lost guy with a pumpkin face wandering around.]

You mean like 33 and stuff? If you're around there, you should be real close to where I am!

[It really doesn't take long at all. Given that Tobi's all but two or three house away and making himself look totally suspicious and silly, Norma finds him in just a few minutes. She snickers at the behavior and waves pleasantly, before skipping right on up towards him.

Jeez, he looks like a grown up, but he acts like a total kid! It almost makes the temptation to just hug and cling onto him unbearable - Norma can totally get behind that silly behavior, fun adults are the best adults.]

UGU-UWAAGG!!! ((STARTLES--oh wait it's that girl again. Generally non-threatening, he determines as he looks at her, his shadowed out eye giving her a once over. She was the 'happy-type', and consequently, easy to fool with a smiley happy demeanour like this.))

Ooo! Ohayou---!!! ((his hand pops up to wave.)) Tobi must not have been hard to find, huh? Heeheehee.

[Amazingly so. Norma doesn't even think twice about the possibility that her new friend may be...more than he seems. She just laughs pleasantly, and tilts her head at him and the mask. Good lord, it really did look like a weird pumpkin.]

Not...really. You kinda stick out like a big, sore thumb. [Pull punches? Not Norma's style. She says it like it is.]

Uguu Next time Tobi will be harder to find. Then it's more fun! ((he bounces slightly.)) Tobi doesn't know his new friend's name, though.

Me? Well, not everything, but I've been here close to a year now, so I guess I'm pretty familiar with a lot of the stuff in this place. The good aaand the bad...

Jeez, you're pretty squirmy, huh? Uh...as for your friends, I dunno. They could be here! You can always call 'em up on your journal - it's how we all communicate around here. If they are here, they'll be sure to see it sometime. There's also a way to call to them privately, but it's kiiinda complicated to get used to. I only got the hang of it from the get-go because no one but the people I private to can read the things I write. ...Well, except JJ, he can't read Relares.

Oh! Can norma-san teach Tobi?

[She laughs, a quick bark of it. Man, he better not be talking about Relares.] It'd take years to teach someone how to read Relares, but I can teach you how to make private filers and stuff, I think.

[She stops walking, and pulls her journal out of her bag, opens it up, and begins to poke around inside.] It's basically like this, kinda. It'll give you a list of people you wanna include, or you can write in the name of whoever you wanna contact - then this thingamajig here is kinda like a lock or something. You can include whatever you want here to block out people who may wanna see it. The better the "lock", the better the filter. Y'get that?

Since me and my housemates are the only people who can read the language I use, mine are pretty solid.
