UWAAAAAAHHHHHHH!! Ow owwww-wowow! Tobi never wants to do that again!

((A few feathers kick up in the air as he squirms about.)) No fair! Tobi doesn’t know what’s going on. Somebody stole his coat and left him all alone. Wings are weird, too. Ohhh but this book is nice! Tobi hears lots of strange voices coming from inside of his book. It’s like it’s talking to me. ((he leans into the pages of the book.

It’s very quiet for a time, as if he’s experiencing the words inside the pages.))

HARROOOOOOO!!!! Teehee, what a funny book this is. Can people hear Tobi, also? Tobi should introduce himself!

[More of those add-on things? She's heard a few people use them now, but never once bothered to learn what they were or meant. At first, she just thought they were cute nicknames, but...eh.]

What does that mean anyway? You're the third or so person I've met that uses those add-on thingamajigs.

Does Norma-san know everything well?

Me? Well, not everything, but I've been here close to a year now, so I guess I'm pretty familiar with a lot of the stuff in this place. The good aaand the bad...

Ohhh! Norma-san is a regular expert. What can Tobi know?

Uh...whatever you want, I guess! I'll try to do my best to answer whatever you wanna know.

Ahhh... Let Tobi think, he has many questions!

((That moment of thinking lasts all of one second. He startles, as if slapped in the face with the very question he wanted to ask. Seriously, you think this guy might fall over with how animated he gets.))

AAIII!!! Tobi knows Tobi knows!! Ahhh.... Would Tobi see his friends from his home maybe possibly?

[ahdjvhd--good lord, we're still attached, Tobi, jeez! Don't wiggle so much or Norma will fall over with you! At least she lets go before he starts flailing around too much, though.]

Jeez, you're pretty squirmy, huh? Uh...as for your friends, I dunno. They could be here! You can always call 'em up on your journal - it's how we all communicate around here. If they are here, they'll be sure to see it sometime. There's also a way to call to them privately, but it's kiiinda complicated to get used to. I only got the hang of it from the get-go because no one but the people I private to can read the things I write. ...Well, except JJ, he can't read Relares.

Oh! Can norma-san teach Tobi?

[She laughs, a quick bark of it. Man, he better not be talking about Relares.] It'd take years to teach someone how to read Relares, but I can teach you how to make private filers and stuff, I think.

[She stops walking, and pulls her journal out of her bag, opens it up, and begins to poke around inside.] It's basically like this, kinda. It'll give you a list of people you wanna include, or you can write in the name of whoever you wanna contact - then this thingamajig here is kinda like a lock or something. You can include whatever you want here to block out people who may wanna see it. The better the "lock", the better the filter. Y'get that?

Since me and my housemates are the only people who can read the language I use, mine are pretty solid.

Oh oh! How fascinating! Tobi wants to try with his.

((pulls out his journal and starts to write in it.))

U-uwaa! No peeking!

((STOPS and starts to scribble all secretly.))

Did Norma-san get that?

((she didn't; he's an asshole and filtered it away from her.))

[Norma check her journal after snickering quietly to herself, and--...wait. Um. Where...is it? Did he do it right? She doesn't see anything in her journal! Even if he did it wrong, she should see something in there!

...Seriously, why's nothing there?]

Uh. I...I dunno. I don't see anything in here for me. Or even mentioning me. [Frown, and flipping the pages of her journal, just in case.]

Ohhhhh!! Than it worked!!! Hee hee.

((Writes in the journal again...))

Hᴇʟʟᴏ Nᴏʀᴍᴀ-sᴀɴ!!!!

[Norma blinks, furrows her brows, then sees the sudden LARGE message in her journal. It's enough to make her laugh and reply back with a greeting of her own--]

HI, PUMPKIN! ♥

Heeheeheeee!! ((He wiggles and squirms again, as if a school girl courted by the boy of her dreams!))

Ahhh this is so useful. Tobi will have to remember how to do this.

[Oh my god, Tobi, you're insane and Norma loves it. Her mood is jumping up into pure giddiness just by being around you. Laughter is contagious, after all - and you're cracking her up.]

There's a lotta other stuff in that thing, too. I know there's a really long guide thing that pretty much explains this place in a lot of detail. If you don't mind reading a bunch of stuff, it's definitely worth a look at. I think there's a couple maps in there, too...but the Welcome Center's got a bunch of those, too.

[Speaking of which, they better get a move on in actually getting there. Norma had stopped to show Tobi how to make a filter, but now that her mind's back on track, she takes his hand again and moves onward once more. Charge!]

((BACK TO THE HAND HOLDING, GDIT. Oh well, tried and failed. Tobi doesn't need to resist the urge to leer at Norma from behind the mask, but he has to resist the urge to pull away and completely reject this debauchery.

Talk about asshole, right? Oh well.))

Ahhh, Tobi sees Tobi sees! ((thoughtful nodding.))

[It's probably a bad thing that Norma's been conditioned to people disliking her heightened levels of affection and badgering. That, and the incessant need to burst into peoples' personal space at any given moment. That may very well get her into trouble one day soon, but...thought's never crossed her mind before!

Oh, well! 8D She smiles during the relatively short trip, and once there, finally releases Tobi's hand to sweep an arm over the big building of the welcome center.]

This is it! There's shops and stuff around here, too. And ontop of here, I think there's a place to eat and stuff - I've never really been there, though. You sure you're gonna be okay on your own, Pumpkin? [You're kinda twitchy and scatterbrained.]

Oh yes yes! Tobi is independent! He can do everything on his own. ((throws a finger at himself victoriously. --If Tobi weren't a lying bastard, he probably couldn't handle himself on his own LOL CRYING.))

Tank yuu, Norma-san. ((sudden accent? Tobi is all about Engrish.))

No problem! [She half laughs her words, and throws a hand up as she begins to walk towards her own house again.] Look me up if you're got any other problems or something okay? See ya around, Pumpkin!

[Aaaand off Norma bounces, waving her hand pleasantly.]
